I'm newbie to python and erp, i had make a small changes to the python code in ir_sequences, but how can i load into the erp for testing for result ?

Please show me a detail step since i am new to tinyerp and python..

You can just go to the gtk client and update the module list.
Then you can search your module and upgrade it.
It will ask for configuration and then it will work if the changes have been done without any errors creeping in.

And one thing more, do not change the standard modules as they are referenced to hundreds of places, so just try to inherit the code from the class you need and then add the modifications or override anything you wish to.
