Hi there,

I want to add a country of origin into product form and the object relation is res.country. I managed to created it and saved it. However, after saving, the field becomes blank on the screen (cannot show the field of country but the label name yes). When i check the database, it did update to the field with the res_country.id.
The view that i have added for both objects of product.product and product.template is: <field>

anything i have missed out?

If not, can you tell us if you added the new field programmatically or through the user interface? If you did it programmatically, please post the relevant parts of your code (.py and .xml).
