Hello,

I have found on this forum that it's possible to synchronize the crm calendars with external applications and that it was easily configurable with menu CRM&SRM > Configuration but I don't have found how to do that !

Could somebody explain to me how I can make this available please?

You need to access the ics files that OpenERP provides. With this you could use something like Lightning in Thunderbird or Evolution and use the ftp path to the ics files. The calendar works quite well in Open ERP, In fact I'm building a calendar app out of changing cases, categories to do this.

Theres probably other ways but you can expose the ics files by installing the Document Mgt module, which allows you to easily find the meetings .ics files then.

Note in 5.2 there is supposed to be a lot of work on calendars, recurring events etc which is due, March /April
