The correct version of postgres and python

What version of postgresql and python I have to install in ubuntu 9.10 desktop for to work with openerp 5.0.6?

postgres 4.0.3 or above and python 2.5 or above will work perfectly.

for windows, package which is given by openerp to build .exe :
postgresql 8.3.4
python 2.5.2 for server and client
python 2.5.4 for client web

Thank you very much for your help, I can finally work with openerp-server 5.0.5, postgres 8.4 and python 2.5.

The principal problem is the library PyXml. Do you know if this problem continues?.
