Setting UoM actually

hi all,,,,
i have some trouble with UoM. I have tried setting up the Uom, but Uom not work. how Uom correct setting? and how to work Uom actually, before I do not understand about the explanation in the book openerp.
anyone know, please help me

Here is the example for tablets in medical store.
you are selling tablets separately and purchasing boxes of 20 tablets.

>Define uom category called tablet.

>Define following uom.
1.Uom Name : Tablet
category : tablet
Rate : 1

2.Uom Name : Box20Tablet
category : tablet
Rate : 0.05

>Define product with
Default UOM : Tablet
Purchase UOM : Box20Tablet

whenever you purchase box it will increase your stock with 20 tablets.
