I'm trying to configure this situation:

On manufacturing, to build the final product, I've got this secuence of operations and materials

Material F114 to build Piece1

1. Cut --> Internal
2. Make holes like is shown on plans --> Internal
3. Clean and Paint --> Subcontracted
4. Quality test on reception

Material F522 to build Piece2
1. Cut --> internal
2. Wheel --> Internal
3. Other operations --> Subcontracted
5. Quality test on reception

Piece1 and Piece2 to build Final product
1. Assembly both pieces --> Internal
2. Quality test to final piece on production --> Internal

So I have installed product_operations, product_extended and product_qt. Adittionally I defined 3 products Piece1, Piece2 and Final product with needed bill of materials for each one.
Now, my doubt is concerning to routes.
I only need defining one routing proccess for each one of pieces and the last assembly one for the final product, but I don't know how to defne one step of routing as subcontracted.

I know how to define a supplier location for a complete routing but not for a single operation inside a routing.

Otherwise, I tried to defne 3 different routings for each piece1 and piece2, one before subcontracting operation, other for subcontracting operation and another one for quality test, but on this case, I need defining material three times to apply the correct routing to each one.
I think I'm a little bit lost or i don't understand how is this supose to be on OpenERP. Until now with other software I use to define a routing for a material and I use to define each operation on this routing as internal or external, so it's different from here.

Any help would be very appreciated.
