Confirmed sales order cancellation.

Hi,

When an order is confirmed, and picking is received, how to cancel the order ?

I have to cancel all picking attached to order, but what is the correct way to cancel received picking ?

Hello

Better you Modify the workflow of sale order .But it check every cases ,
invoice ,stock etc..

Do you need to cancel a particular order? Or is this situation happening every day? Have your products been shipped to your client?

Hello,

By mistake the person in charge of outgoing products marked the products as already sent. and the cancel button was removed from that form. So I cannot cancel the goods sent nor the sales order.

What should I do?
