Hi,
can any one point me to the right place to start learning how to use and improve information display through those "balloons" that are seen on mouse over a field, text or area?
Thank you. Mihai

Tips appears when you move the mouse over the field.
To write a tips, you can modify python files and add "help" parameter on field.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, I do not want to sound lazy, but I am quite new at searching through openerp code can you paste a short example, or point me to a file where this can be seen?
Thank you.
Mihai

Now what I do not find is how to use those tips on a tree view,
EG, when I hold mouse over one line to display a tip about that, I have seen this in calendar view, but I cannot find the code.
Thanks for your support. Mihai
