Customer References on Sales Orders

Hello

I there a way to store customer references for each product and then have the references printed in the Sales Order according to the customer for whom the sales order is made?

For example, suppose the product name is LNR 5001.01 and customer A refers to it as RSE 59713 while customer B refers to it as 3055099. So if a Sales Order is made for customer A, it should print "LNR 5001.01 - RSE 59713" on the SO and if it is made for customer B it should print "LNR 5001.01 - 3055099".

Yes I wrote a module. Forgotten what I called it now. product_partnerinfo maybe?
