Hi Guys,
Tops to you all this day. Is it possible to import timesheets which are not the user’s time sheet via Microsoft Excel? Imagine a scenario where you have laborers who are part of a project and don’t have access to the OpenERP system but are however defined as employees, their pay depends on number of days they work so I want to compile their time sheets using MS Excel and Import it into openERP.How exactly can I go about this?
I will really appreciate any pointers.
Best Regards

Hello,

you can import timesheets in .csv format. The fields I had was those ones:

    date (format '2010/01/06')
    login
    name (or description)
    analytic account (its name)
    product (its name)
    unit amount
product_uom_id = unity of measure (I had troubles for this, so i did not import it, and added by hand)
amount (negative values, dot instead of comma)
    journal (usually Timesheet Journal)

Hope it will helps you,

Oh, I forgot to say where to import:
Human Ressources/Work Hours/Work Hours

Timesheets seems only "collection" of work hours, and group work hours between two dates.
