Hello
sraps, thank you for a quick answer!

For tracking time spent on projects, you have to use project management module. Tasks will do for single tasks and you would want to use subprojects for tasks where it is a bit more complicated than a single action.
Setting all that properly up, you will get time spent on project as well as analytic entries with expenses, which are the same timesheet entries. They will automatically appear there.
Well.. in this case project managers have to create and assign tasks to employees and employees have to
manually input time spent on a task (e.g. remember or write down start/stop every time period and then add information to openerp) ? Is that correct? I find this way kind of bureaucratic and inconvinient. My dream is to find something like "sign in/sign out by task". In this case time tracking is performed by openerp itself, tasks belong to their projects (both were made by project manager before). Obviously, project management module can gather all time related info and it becomes easy to figure out how much time (e.g. money) has been already spent on different projects. Is it somehow possible in openerp at the moment?
