Hide window actions

I added sending automatic emails with poweremail to our setup.
For example in "new holiday request". But the problem is shortcuts
are added (window actions)on the right.
How can I hide these window actions easily? (for example all users except admins)

thanks for the answer but I don't understand well the information, I understand that theres somewhere (only in the GTK ?) a menu that allows to define restrictions to view the links in the action menu, but i can't seem to find the way to get to that menu in the document...

I've been searching in the web-client in the administration->customization / administration->configuration but no trace of it... am i blind ?

Self answering : those can be found in Administration->low level->action and Administration->low level->client action connections

But there are still some links that can't seem to be erased

(account entries, Invoices , ...)
