Is there any module to controll planned payments and incoming amounts for an account/journal by period?
That is, in Spain propietary ERPs, have got an object named "efecto". This is a concept where you can see the planned amount you have to pay and you expected to have in a period of time, so you can easily now your money disponibility for that period.
It is obtained taking amounts and maturity days from invoices for purchases and sales, but also you can set another payments don't coming from invoices like resources payment, rentings, insurance and so on...
Basically would be an step before registering a movement on account journal, so you could set something like this
Account bank1: initial amount: XXX , final amount: XXX for period data1 to data 2
data 1 amount incoming Price
data 2 amout outgoing Price
data 3 amount incoming Price
Account bank2: initial amount: XXX , final amount: XXX for period data1 to data 2
data 1 amount incoming Price
data 2 amout outgoing Price
data 3 amount outgoing Price
You could also set expected amount for each amount on a fixed future data. Something like this:
Data 1
account bank1 amount
account bank2 amount
account efective amount
Is there any concept like that in OpenERP? Or any module who lets managing future expected amounts?
Thank you!!!
Ana
