Hi,

I'm working with the Indian module "account_voucher".

- When creating a new voucher (i.e Cash Receipt Voucher), in the "Voucher Lines" field, if fill in the field "Analytic Account", then press Pro-forma button then press Create button, there's an message "null value in column "journal_id" violates not-null constraint" appears.

- But if abort the field "Analytic Account", i can create any kind of voucher.

Even when using demo data with the UK minimal chart of account, the same issue still appears.

I can't figure out what was wrong.

Could someone having more experience in account_voucher help me please?

Hi, I think you've to associate an anlytic journal to your financial journal

Yes u will get this error because for the transaction/vocuher for which journal u are doing like here u have mention Cash Receipt Voucher stored in specific account journal , like bank journal , check ur account journal in which select the analytical account journal .so u will not get this error .
if it that field value is empty then u will get a message becuase analtytical account journa_id is required field in the anlytical account line object so its required so please give a value of analytical journal id .
