Hi,

We use 5.0.11 and import sales orders automatically through our own developed interface from a home grown sales system. The orders all seem to go in fine but having just corrected our stock for the first time, we notice that when orders pass picking notes, even though all products as 'in stock', the picking notes always go only to 'confirmed picking waiting availability'. If I go into the picking note and click 'check availability' then all picking note lines show 'Available' and the picking note then correctly passes to 'Availabile Packing'.

My question is, what are we missing so that the picking notes go directly to 'Available Packing' and don't require 'Check Availability'.

It could be how we import the orders but I don't think so. Hopefully we're just missing something simple.
