Problem with product_taxes_rel duplicates

I have found a bunch of products that have double rows in the table product_taxes_rel.

This is visible in the database but in the product-form it looks correct with only one tax-type per product.

This has calculated the tax base wrong in some cases for me.

1) How can the sale taxes be registred twise at the same product (why does not the duplicate show in the form)
2) Is this some sort of feature or is it a bug?
