Hi,

I am having an issue with the inventory system. I have OpenERP 6, and have the stock module installed (etc). I have entered an inventory count into the Physical Inventories, and confirmed and validated the inventory.

When I click on products, I can see these stock amounts under the REAL and VIRTUAL stock columns...but only when I am logged in as administrator. If I log in as any other user, the stock always shows up as zero in the product view.

I have tried to duplicate the 'admin' user and change the name, but when I log into the new account (which should have all permissions set the same) I still see the stock as zero. What is different about the admin account that makes it the only one able to see the stock levels under the product view?

I need to be able to set it where users can also view these numbers. Any help is appreciated.

There was an issue with the definition of the company in my OpenERP. This post helped a lot:

Once the company was defined correctly, the stock values showed up for all logins. Not sure why it was working for the admin, but it is fixed now.
