manager all the request purchase

Hello every Body
I use openerp 6
I have a question if there is a model for manage the all request purchase of the supplier
for explain better
for exemple :
1-I send a quotation purchase to a number suppliers in the same time. that is normal to get the best offer.
2- the all suppliers send to me the response of my quotation purchase as offer price.

but my question is how can we manager all this offer price in relation with quotation purchase and choose the best one for convert it to order purchase, and keep all last offers as archive.
to back to it if I will need it in the future operations.
