In my 6.0.3 setup it is necessary that users see each others draft documents. This applies to sales orders and purchase orders, before they are confirmed.
Is there a setting?
A workatround would be that all users would use the same user account, which is not a real solution
The users see each others confirmed documents if they clear out the user filter in the search list view (for example sales orders and purchase orders), But in the present setup they see still cannot see other peoples drafts.
A point to the location in sourcecode (or in table data or in setup, i do not know where this hidden filter is set) would also be very useful, because it would be a good solution for us to create a patch or a derived module for this.

It is security rule related most likely. There are some modules from c2c released which remove some of the annoying default search view contexts.

I found out they can see each others documents when they clear the "Responsible" field in the search.
This field contains the users own name by default. Now I am trying to find a way to have this field by default empty.
