Account Manager North America - software services (san jose downtown)

OpenERP Inc. is a leading Open Source Business Applications vendor. OpenERP is seeking a HIGHLY motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager for North America. The Channel Account manager is responsible for recruiting new partners and growing the business relationship with existing Partners. The Channel Account Manager will build a trust relationship with the management team of the Partner, will establish plans with them to grow their OpenERP business and will regularly review their sales funnel of OpenERP services. 

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with 3 to 5 years experience. 
  • Prior experience in channel management in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of system integrators is a plus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Native English. 
  • Strong software and new technology awareness. 
  • Ability to perform on monthly target and identify tactics for constant improvement. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency. 
  • Passion, passion, passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.

Sales Executive Latin America - software services (san jose downtown)

OpenERP are seeking highly motivated and results driven junior sales executives to join the North America team and quickly convert incoming leads for the Latin American market. Your results driven attitude and desire to succeed in a strong sales culture, combined with your strong awareness and passion for new technology and software, will be invaluable in this role as you quickly become a key member of our sales team and help to drive OpenERP to the next level of success.

The primary aim of this position is to expand OpenERP channels in Latin America – Therefore the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Open Source model and business to business distribution. Your bachelors degree in either a business or engineering related discipline combined with at least one year of progressive sales experience will ensure that you understand the full sales cycle and can demonstrate an ability to transform opportunities into channel partners as quickly as possible. Your experience within a start up environment and willingness to be hands on and open minded as to sales models will be critical to your success in this role. Detail oriented with a proven tendency to take the initiative and embrace change will enable you to effectively negotiate and close deals while your attention to detail and passion for delivering results will ensure that your follow up and ability to develop strong networks continue to drive new opportunities. Please note that knowledge and experience of channel sales may also be of benefit in this role. As a Sales Executive negotiating with partners in Latin America, you are used to thriving in a diverse work culture and will definitely be able to demonstrate an understanding of South American culture and be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
