How does it work ?
Your first point of contact remains your OpenERP partner, who will propose a comprehensive support/helpdesk service package tailored to your needs (first level support helpdesk, support on customised modules,..). Via the OpenERP publisher's warranty (which are a part of the total support package), your partner will be able to escalate bugs to OpenERP, who will fix these bugs at no extra charge.
Whenever your company decides to migrate from your current version to a future version of OpenERP, your partner will be able to pass the migration of the certified OpenERP modules.
As an optional services, you can have all custom development on your OpenERP installation certified by OpenERP. The benefit of this certification is that the bug fixing and migration services will then apply to your complete installation, and not only the standard OpenERP product.
