There is no charge to download, install and use OpenERP and it again distributed under the GPL licence. So anyone can download it from the web and start using it.

Are there any hidden costs ?

There is no such hidden cost for OpenERP.

The whole ERP application, all user documentation and all modules are distributed for free on our website.

Only our services (and those of our partners) are sold:

• Support - technical / functional
• On demand developments,
• Customization of the application
• Training - technical / functional
• Shared Funding Developments

All these services are optional, you can get and use OpenERP.
