MS-Office Plugins for Open ERP
Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 plug-ins Free Editions for OpenERP are released by Axelor.

Microsoft Outlook Plugin
Open ERP Plug-In for Microsoft Outlook enables you to archive the Emails from Outlook to Open ERP, with Attachments. You can archive the Outlook Mail to Open ERP with reference of following modules.
- Partners
- Partner Contacts
- Sales Order
- Invoice
- Product
- Case
- Project
- Project Tasks
- Account
You can View the Outlook Mails in Open ERP having reference to the above Modules with just one click. You can also Add your own Open ERP Modules and link it to Outlook This Plug-IN allows also user to create contacts in Open ERP directly from Outlook.
Microsoft Word Plugin
Open ERP Plug-In for Microsoft Word enables you to generate the dynamic Reports for any object of Open ERP.
With Microsoft Word Plug-in for Open ERP you can create the templates for various bjects of Open ERP, and later on you can run the Mail Merge wizard on it. You can get the List of all fields of selected object in a tree structure, so the field which you need to add just double click it or select it and press “Add to Document” button. You can insert the following fields of your Report,
- All basic fields like char, integer, selection, etc
- Sub fields of any One2Many Type
- Many2Many Fields or It’s sub field
- Reference Fields
Once you have added all the fields you can rearrange it, you can also format it. After writing your Complete Report and formatting you can Press the Perform Mail Merge Button, it will ask you to select the Records on which you want to generate the Report. For example if you have selected the Object Partner then you have to select the number of Records of Partner Object on which you want to generate the report. For one2many and many2many fields you can add it to the Word’s Table Object, so for that records rows will be duplicated in the tables.
Microsoft Excel Plugin
Open ERP Plug-In for Microsoft Excel enables you to fetch the data of any Open ERP’s Object having the list view. You can get the List View of any Open ERP Menu in Excel by just double clicking the Appropriate Menu Item. You can use one sheet per Report, so you can create your own Dashboard report in excel that will be linked in real time to Open ERP. You can rearrange the columns, columns that are unwanted can be placed in another sheet also which doesn’t contain any other Report. You can also format the Cells as you want. The Ms Excel Plug-In is also linked to the Open ERP report engine base_report_creator created by Tiny and Axelor, allow users to create unlimited and powerful Excel reports.
