Hotel Management features include an easy-to-access dashboard screen for streamlined operations.
The Hotel Dashboard screen displays all rooms and their availability, offering filter options for floors, rooms, and date ranges. This enables users to identify and track room reservations and availability efficiently.
The Reservation screen contains guest and room information, along with booking payment details, to record reservations accurately.
Once the guest booking process is completed, the dashboard displays the reserved information for rooms on the specific date.
All reservation information is displayed in a kanban view, showcasing the basic reservation details in an attractive format.
The reservation screen includes sequences for recording housekeeping, laundry, restaurant, reserved rooms, and their durations. It also offers options for invoice generation and room extensions.
When the "Extend Checkout" button is triggered by the user, the system displays a popup window to record the next checkout date and allows for the advance payment towards the guest's room stay.
All activities related to reservation, housekeeping, laundry, restaurant, reserved rooms, and their durations will be consolidated into a single invoice. This simplifies the process of collecting the balance payment from the guest after their stay.
Various types of reports can be generated with date ranges, including Reservation, Check-in, Check-out, Room Usability, and more.
